I have been working in the IT field for the last 25 years, have exposure to payroll, accounting, networks, servers, and have been an IT Project Manager for the last few years.
In my personal life I have been around people who have struggled with mental health and have first hand seen the struggles and strain this can have on a family and the stress of ensuring the right meds are taken in the right dose at the right time.
